Connie Viney is building up an international reputation for her outlandish and larger than life cake sculptures.  Her previous projects have included giant cakes over 8 feet tall, mechanical cakes that move, cakes that you walk inside of and even cakes that send tweets! BBC GOOD FOOD SHOW 2012








So I've only went and made an 8 feet tall, interactive, tweeting(!) birthday cake for the BBC Winter Good Food Show.  Belling were celebrating their 100th birthday and asked me to design and build a crazy cake.  So I did! Anytime anyone tweeted using the hashtag #100yearsbelling, their tweets were automatically printed onto edible paper and blown round the cake. It certainly got people very excited!
